CANCELLATION POLICIES:
We have a 14 day cancellation notice for normal reservations,
and 30 days cancellation notice for SPECIAL EVENTS and suites:
Daytona 500, Bike Week, Spring Break, Pepsi 400,
Biketoberfest and Turkey Run as well as
Summer, long weekends and holidays
Special Events must be prepaid 30 days prior to arrival
A $25 cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations
made in a timely fashion.
A 2 Nights deposit is required to confirm a reservation
A valid credit card is required to confirm a reservation
Confirmed Reservations cannot be reduced
Rates subject to change
No elevator to 2nd and 3rd floors
